Blue Ladder – Leadership Development Program
It is a development platform designed for our Regional Sales Director and Mid-Level Managers of Headoffice.
Our primary goals are to ensure to develop the leadership skills of our managers to meet the organization's priority needs, to reinforce their strengths, to support their development areas and to become role models for their team members.
Common Culture Education
It is a development program designed by us in line with the needs and priorities of Chiesi Turkey, consisting of different education courses in which all Chiesi Employees can participate. Together with Common Culture Education Program, we aim to shape up our corporate culture collectively, to develop ourselves in a common culture, and to maximize our contribution to common goals.
It is a development and reward program in which successful Chiesi Head Office employees and Field team having high performance results are invited. The content of the program consists of education and development opportunities defined in line with the needs for that year, dinner with the management team, team creating and motivational activities and awards ceremony.
Chiesi E-Learning Platform:
All Chiesi employees can access interactive and dynamic education presentations, video sets of expert speakers on our Chiesi E-Learning Platform that we use as a supportive tool in the development of our employees.
Chiesi Global - TOP of the TOPS Program
It is a traditionally global program held in Italy/Parma, where Chiesi headquarter is located, in every year to reward the most successful representatives of Field Staff of each country. In this organization, participants from Chiesi Turkey have the opportunity to meet senior managers in our headquarter and to take part in team activities for maximizing their personal performance by coming together with successful representatives of Field Teams from other Chiesi Companies.
