Support for Human Resource Development
As Chiesi Turkey, we aim to create the future leaders and expert staff thanks to Talent Management System. Our Talent Management System recognizes all our employees as "talent" and aims to create the appropriate environment where they can reveal their strengths that they have and produce a value.
Talent management is a holistic approach to human resources including the process of acquiring, cultivating, developing the corporate culture, commitment, capability and potential requirements necessary to achieve business goals of the company in the short and long term. Our young, talented and high potential employees from Chiesi Turkey can also join the Chiesi Corporate Master Program, a talent management project jointly conducted by Chiesi Global and local Human Resources Teams in our company.
Another initiative of the Chiesi Group is the DEAL-Chiesi Leadership Development Program, which aims to develop leadership skills.
In both programs, participants join in various trainings conducted by SDA Bocconi University Academicians for about 2 years and they are awarded with a certificate at the end of the program.
