Our Recruitment Process...

  • Human Resources announces vacant positions on internal and external channels.
  • In the stage of creating candidates, all of our employees can propose candidates who are believed to contribute to the corporate, via an internal reference system called "Refer a friend",
  • After the collection of all applications in a pool, recruitment process is started. Depending on the requirements of the position, candidates are subject to be taken in various assessment applications such as proficiency exam, professional personality inventory, presentation, Assessment Center and so on.
  • Our written job offer is forwarded to the appropriate candidates whose knowledge, skills, abilities and objectives meet with the requirements of the position.
